We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.


Order Changes

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. After this period, we cannot guarantee any changes can be made.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, we’ll gladly replace it and ensure your order reaches you—provided the correct shipping address was given at checkout.
If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we will wait 30 days before issuing the refund, in case the package is eventually delivered.
Our support team will monitor your order throughout the 2-week shipping window to keep you updated with tracking and progress.


What Is the Restocking Fee?

A restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the return, but it will not exceed 50%.

Refunds
